CHARACTER INFORMATION

BACKGROUND: C was hopeful. He wanted things to get better. With his runaway success in APEX Wrestling and winning the Next Level Championship upon his debut in Infinite Pro Wrestling, he believed that he would make the changes necessary to make professional wrestling great again. No more ego. No more self-serving attitudes. No more unfairness. However, over the course of the fall and winter of 2022, his dreams crumbled with every subsequent loss he suffered. He had been battered, belittled, and humiliated. He kept fighting, but his efforts did him no good. For as explosive as his rise within the professional landscape was, his descent was just as significant. C took it upon himself to disappear, reflecting on his failures. He realized how naïve he was. Nothing he did was working. It took him nearly losing his life in order to turn around, but he did. As IPW enters its second season, the man who was seen as a beacon for change has returned. However, with his reemergence, he has changed his outlook drastically. He's not going to give anyone the benefit of the doubt. He will not relent. He will not stifle himself in order to be the bigger person any longer. He's going to do whatever he deems necessary to spur forth the change he has sought to create since coming into this sport a year ago, and this time, he has no qualms with how he plans to achieve it.
GIMMICK: "A Jaded Purifier" — A young, bright talent who once had stars in his eyes, the luster has now gone away. His optimism is no more. He has grown to become a brutal judge, jury and executioner. He isn't willing to spare any expenses when it comes to his opponents and their transgressions. The mission has remained the same: he is dedicated to purifying the sport of professional wrestling for the better. However, he will no longer hold himself back in achieving his goal. Those who wish to continue their ways and defile everything will be met with karma in due time. Those who he deem to be far beyond repair will especially be met with the more unrelenting and unforgiving side of C.
ALIGNMENT: ? - Many fans may continue to be on his side given his past efforts and winning them over. Perhaps the shift will earn him more fans who once deemed him to be too 'soft' or childlike in his aspirations. However, with this new side of C, there are those who may be unsettled by the change in attitude and approach. Some may even fear that he will take things too far.
PERSONALITY: He maintains his usual calmness, though this words have become laced with spite. He has no worries in meeting a competitor halfway in regards to their attitude. He will still show respect for those who he considers to be good, but he will not bestow the same sort of pleasantries towards those he deems to be lost causes. In rare circumstances, he may lash out.

The lights go out throughout the venue. Soon, a lone spotlight appears on the stage. Smoke slowly seeps out, and the intro to "Superhero (Heroes & Villains)" plays. As it enters the first verse, C walks out, taking slow, striding steps towards the light.

He stands for a moment before lifting his head up. A blank expression covers his face. A myriad of reactions stem from the fans. He ignores them, though. His sole focus in on the ring as he heads down the entrance aisle.

C walks up the steps and goes to the ropes. He pauses to hold onto his hat before entering the ring through the middle rope. He scales the nearest turnbuckle and stops at the top. Closing his eyes and taking a deep breath, he lets his head fall back. His face points up to the ceiling.

The fan continue being vocal as C eventually steps down. He removes his coat and hat and crouches down. Tilting his head towards the side, he shows off his eye marking. He remains in position as he awaits for the match to get underway.

APPEARANCES: In ring, he wears an ornate top and bottoms set [x][x] with red fabric mirroring blood. The rest of the outfit is in all black. His hair has grown slightly longer. He also dons black makeup on his left eye [x]. He often wears a long, draping black coat and a black hat for entrances. For segments, he sticks to a simple all-black suit set.
